Parking a Call

  1. Receive a call

  2. Dial [TRAN] button

  3. Dial *3

  4. Dial parking spot number (109) then wait for system to confirm which spot the call has been placed into before hanging up. (i.e. *3109)

 

Retrieving a Parked Call

  1. Know your personal parking spot number (i.e. 109)

  2. Dial feature code and parking spot number *3109

  3. Wait for your call to be connected to the parked call.

 

Valet Parking a Call

  1. Receive a call

  2. Dial [TRAN] button

  3. Dial *4

  4. System will assign a parking spot based on availability.

 

Valet Retrieving a Parked Call

  1. Dial *5

  2. Dial feature code and parking spot number that was assigned.

  3. Wait for your call to be connected to the parked call.

 

Park Ringback

  1. If the call is not answered within a few minutes the parked call will ring back to the phone that parked it.

  2. If the call is not answered when it rings back to the phone which parked it, the call will automatically be parked again in its previous spot.

  3. The process will continue until the call is answered.

 

Assigned Personal Parking Spot
Please note that you may have been assigned a personal parking spot from your administrator. In which case, you may configure a programmable key on your phone for call parking. The key ‘type’ is ‘Call Park’ and the ‘Value’ should be your assigned parking spot number with call feature prefix (*3). When configured correctly, the button will place and retrieve a parked call and corresponding LED indicator should notify the parked status.
