Call Transfer : 【TRAN】
Blind Transfer
A ‘blind transfer’ will transfer a call directly to the receiving party without notification.

Press [TRAN] or the ‘Tran’ soft key during a call. The call is placed on hold.

Enter the number you want to transfer to. For Direct-to-Voicemail transfer, Dial ** + Extension Number (i.e. **1001)

Press [TRAN] or the ‘Tran’ soft key.
Attended Transfer
If the transferred call is ‘attended,’ the desired party/extension is notified of the impending transfer, if they choose to accept the call, it is transferred over to them.

Press [TRAN] or the ‘Tran’ soft key during a call. The call is placed on hold.

Enter the number you want to transfer to and press ‘#’

Talk with the receiving party to announce the transfer.

Press [TRAN] or the ‘Tran’ soft key when the second party answers.
Transfer a Call with Multiple Calls on Hold
If there are multiple callers on hold, transfer options change. The “Transfer to” menu is required to begin a call transfer. Calls can be selected using the [Up] or [Down] arrow key, or ‘Line’ key to select the call you want to transfer. Because it is possible to have more calls on hold than ‘Line’ keys, you may have to use the [Up] or [Down] arrow keys to select the call.

Press [TRAN] or the ‘Tran’ soft key during a call. The ‘Transfer to’ menu will appear.

Select ‘New Call’ press [OK]. The call is placed on hold.

Enter the number you want to transfer to and press ‘#’

Talk with the receiving party to announce the transfer.

Press [TRAN] or the ‘Tran’ soft key when the second party answers.
(!) The ‘Transfer to’ menu is populated with inbound calls placed on hold. If you select anything other than ‘New Call’ to perform a transfer, you will transfer the current call to another inbound call. Effectively, this will connect two inbound calls together and remove the transferor from the conversation.
